Pricing

Below is a description of our pricing structure. This is intended as a guide. As part of our commitment to openness and ethical business practices, we will work with you to ensure that the rate we charge your organization is fair and based on mutually-agreed-upon deliverables and timelines. If we discover while working on your project that it will take more -- or less -- work, we will let you know right away so that we can work together to agree upon a fee.

Hourly Rates:

Because there are lots of different kinds of organizations, we don't have set prices. We have ranges of rates, based on the size and age of your organization.

If your organization is very small, or growing and more established we can negotiate a rate that reflects your organization and needs.

Foundation/Funder Lists:

In addition, we offer basic and more detailed grant and funding research at fixed rates. Lists of foundations and grantors are based on geographic criteria, area of funding focus, past funding of similar organization, and other criteria that may pertain to your organization and its programs. See below for details:

20 foundations/funders = $50
50 foundations/funders = $100
100 foundations/funders = $180

Editing/Proofreading:

We can edit and/or proofread your grant proposals for you. This is an economical way to get professional assistance with grant applications and not be shut out of the process for proposals or letters that do not meet a funder's requirements.

Rates range from $20 to $50 per hour and are based on the complexity of the application or proposal, the size of the proposal, and how much editing might be needed, as well as the size of the organization. If, in our opinion, a proposal will need significant editing, we will let you know right away so that you can decide how much help you want and can afford.

We can also review your proposal against the funder's guidelines and requirements. Again, if we believe your proposal will need significant changes, we will let you know.
